Today I arrive home to find this email:

    "Dear sculpey2462,

Haven't receive your product? I've got a novel idea, why not email me so I can find out where your parcel is instead of leaving a negative feedback?"

I replied that since it had been over a month and I'd emailed them several times, I had a novel idea:

    SHIP MY PACKAGE

They emailed back saying they did, and I was at fault for not using the tracking number they sent me.

Then I reminded them of their previous emails apologizing for not sending the items, and that they'd go right out. This was about two weeks ago.

The bottom line is that they ARE going to send me a replacement set. For that I give them a

Nothing worse than an online retailer with an attitude. I went through the same kind of crap a few months back. I think Killer Toys is the only online toy site I haven't had some kind of problem with. Hope you don't have any more problems with them.

What I really don't get is how they don't seem to realize that it's bad for business. Is Sculpey or any of us likely to ever shop there again? Of course not.

This, my friends, is why businesses go out of business. They get arrogant because they've made a few bucks and then when the house of cards folds because they treat their customers like crap they look around and go "what the hell happened"?
